One of the best things about dressing in layers in the winter months is texture. Dress in thin layers but try different textures to add visual interest to your outfit. Here I’ve selected a tight knit sweater with silk fringe, layered under a waffle knit moto jacket. I wore the jacket under a heavier winter coat, as it takes the place of a cardigan. For evening I swapped out my jeans for a leather skirt and navy suede booties. I opted for a heavily beaded minaudière and chunky silver jewelry for some serious sparkle!
