Fall is my favorite time of year….the air is crisp, the colors are vibrant, and let’s not forget pumpkin spiced everything! Its also a great season for fashion as cooler weather necessitates more clothing!
Today I paired a grey boxy boyfriend blazer with a green military jacket that I added a belt to in order to define my waist. While the boyfriend blazer takes its inspiration from oversized pieces that look like something from his closet, they are cut only slightly larger than a traditional women’s blazer and are tailored in such a way that renders them extremely flattering. This particular jacket is from Marisa Webb for Banana Republic. It’s longer length and raw edges bring a certain modern flare and is the epitome of casual-meets-polished attire. I accessorized with a structured bag and a pair of plum colored pumps.
