Mary Katrantzou is one of my favorite designers and her work illustrates how printed textiles can change the shape of a woman’s body in very flattering ways. The print of this particular skirt reminds me of the French impressionist Monet, whose work is also all about perception and perspective.  And so as not to distract from the beautiful print, I chose a simple tailored button down, neutral platform heels, and a two-toned metallic DVF clutch to pair with this colorful teacup skirt.
